I called on a Monday and asked for an estimate and was told the owner would be at my house on Friday. He never showed. I did receive an emailed quote on Monday but a lot of it did not apply to our situation and we had specific questions and needs. None of those were addressed. I feel like they should have let me know they were not interested in my new build.

Scott Loftis is amazing.... Dedication to customers is beyond excellent..had a new system installed 6 yrs ago. Been running flawless until this week. Called and scheduled service. I live on at the extreme limits of thier service area if not beyond. Scott came personally while on his way to a family gathering. He Had answers and a solution in less then 30 mins..all the while allowing me to ask tech questions to understand. Customer for life!!!!! (as long as they are willing to make the drive) Services: Heating system installation, HVAC system repair, Repair HVAC, HVAC system maintenance
