    HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE & TRAINING- DO NOT USE THEM *8/10/23 update* I ended up having to call back to get transferred to an owner. The secretary was rude and told me I "Wasn't acting very bright". The owner I spoke to was also rude, but we did come to somewhat of an agreement. They are supposed to be sending me on updated bill for just the service call, as I have proof they didn't fix the problem. Obviously, I will never use them again! *Updated 8/8/23* IF I AM CONTACTED, I WILL UPDATE MY REVIEW. I gave them 5 stars the first time they came out, but I was WRONG. The first time I had to call them BACK out as our AC was still not cooling. This second time I called them out for an AC leak in the house. He "unclogged" a pipe on the inside of the house and washed the outside unit with my hose (No cleaner because of animals that he didn't ask me to move). $240 later, the unit was STILL leaking. I called LOFTIS again to come and look at the unit again. I was told that I would have to pay the $240 before they would fix the AC. They have billed me before, and I had confirmed I could be billed again. I told the lady on the phone I would gladly pay my bill when my AC was fixed, but that they hadn't done anything the first time. I was told that the owner would call me to discuss, I gave him a 30-minute window, or I would be calling another company. This was Friday, today is Tuesday & I have not heard from this company AT ALL and they never showed up. I ended up looking at the unit myself and unclogged the same pipe he (obviously didn't) AND fixed the second leak he hadn't found. It took me about 30 minutes to fix (I have no AC experience). There was standing water around and under my inside unit as well. I have no idea how an AC professional could have missed any of the issues! Service: A/C system maintenance

    I called on a Monday and asked for an estimate and was told the owner would be at my house on Friday. He never showed. I did receive an emailed quote on Monday but a lot of it did not apply to our situation and we had specific questions and needs. None of those were addressed. I feel like they should have let me know they were not interested in my new build.

Tessa, Our LEAD and very experienced technician advised you that your indoor coil was severally compacted with debris and pet dander. Your filters were also clogged with pet hair. Our technician cleared your drain to the best of his abilities and informed you that your coil must be pulled and deep cleaned, to which you did not want to go through with. We are not miracle workers, nor is your HVAC system. They require regular maintenance and upkeep. I asked you for proof of any wrong doing as well as a copy of the other company's invoice that you claimed to have paid $800, to which you refused to send. I offered to clear your balance with documentation from the other company showing that we made a mistake. There we no issues missed, you were given a total to make the necessary repairs, but chose not to. I apologize that our owner could not oblige to your 30 minute call window demand, it is the middle of summer. We sincerely apologize that you feel as if we did not take all necessary steps to make the situation right.Scope of work from invoice:Upon inspection found clogged drain line, dirty filter and dirty coil. Flushed drain, poured water in pan and drain. Found dirty condenser coil, washed with water only due to dogs being in kennel next to the unit. Checked amps, volts, motors and refrigerant. System is working properly at this time. *Coil needs to be pulled and cleaned, return box needs to be cleaned and filters changed more frequently.Service Call $99.00Labor $125.00
