Don't rent from here just don't all the bad reviews are legit I chose to ignore it had a front door that didn't close all the way due to it being kicked in and not properly fixed moved in to the apartment and it was dirty and roach infested windows where caulked in you could literally push the glass out with one finger and that was supposed to be a kids room and it was on the second floor the neighbors are horrible and no matter how clean and respectful you are upon moving out they will hit you with damage fees and cleaning fees even though you left the apartment in better shape and cleaner then upon moving in this place needs to be shut down the stairs leading up to our apartment where rotting and on the verge of collapsing the laundry room is disgusting and other tenants will throw your clothes on the ground or just leave the machines full for multiple days cops where constantly in and out of the complex your car will be ran into and scratched and dented up from other tenants I have never left a review on anything but feel the need to warn Future renters

DO NOT RENT here !!! Roach infested , I havent had hot water in 3 months just moved in so things are all over the place. The maitnece guy will walk around in your apt and snitch on you . Havent fixed my water yet !!!

I had so many problems living here. Moved in with roaches, fleas, and ants. I had to exterminate them myself because pest control didn't do anything. Had a leak in the ceiling that they refused to fix properly so it spread across the entire ceiling. The wood was rotted and moldy as you can see in my picture and they proceeded to COVER IT UP without replacing it. Actually disgusting and very illegal. The person who cam to patch the ceiling told me it was rotted and doesn't think it was a good idea to cover it but had to because management told him to. He also didn't place a tarp down when he painted / sanded the ceiling and it got all over my things including electronics. I had no running water at one point for a month. We didn't have AC in our upstairs for the entire time we lived there even after telling them several times it wasn't working. We had black mold in our vents and instead of investigating it properly they just replaced the grates lol. Neighbors were sketchy. Domestic disputes weekly. We went through so much living here that we could have easily pressed charges. I chose not to to remain peaceful, then I get a bill in the mail that I owe THEM 300+ dollars. I can't even comprehend how they thought this was acceptable. I have e-mails upon e-mails of the issues we had and how things did not get fixed in a timely manner. I'm so upset, honestly.

This place just isnt it! Dont let the cheap price tag fool you because theres a reason its that cheap. Positives: The office staff were always considerate when I stopped by to pay rent or pick up a package. They knew my name and we never had any issues with them. The location is very nice and I honestly miss living on Ocean Dr. The size of our apartment was pretty big for how much we paid. I also liked how our bills were all included. Negatives: Our neighbors were TERRIBLE and I really think they let anyone live here just to get money. The bugs were not great and they dont do pest control enough. Our kitchen sink overflowed when we used the upstairs shower. Our apartment wasnt ready when we moved in so we had to submit over 15 maintenance requests within the first week. One of our cars got broken into because theres no security. Our mailbox door wouldnt lock towards the end. People let their dogs roam freely without any supervision. The laundry room is not clean or maintained. The pool is a free for all and everyone leaves trash and does not respect the space. The appliances inside the apartment are super old. We definitely didnt have the worst experience from what Ive read in other reviews, but it wasnt great. There are definitely better options and safer options than this place.
