        So far everyone Ive encountered have been rude like they hate their job and would never recommend this place at allllll not even to my enemies

        These people do not need to be in the business of taking care of anyone or anything! I had to remove my mother bc of too many reasons to say. The straw that broke the camels back was when one of the nursing or aid team was complaining about me calling to check on my mother as I worked, etc this place isnt professional! The only nice one there was a nurse named Tonya! She was nicer to me than any of the staff, especially the ones in charge! I was in tears! Theyre absolutely horrid! Didnt get to my Mom on time & she pooped & peed all down her legs. These were separate incidents

        Great place. My 96 year old Dad spent 4 years there until he had to move to Brookdale assisted living, which is right next store. Wonderfull food and helpful staff. He had a nice bayside view on the 12th floor. We would do it again. Only downside are the slow elevators during mealtimes. Waits can be annoying, but it's a minor inconvenience.
