        Rj was very helpful and had great customer service. Went in to get a phone and the process was super quick!

        Horrible experience. I came in because of network issues with my phone. The associate did not listen to what I said, spent the entire time trying to shove purchase of a new phone down my throat rather than offer anything helpful to my issue, even after I repeatedly said I dont want to buy a new phone. Perhaps it was my mistake to believe an AT&T could do anything to check out issues with their own SIM cards, but being honest and straightforward on that should have been the stores first priority.

        This place was outstanding on getting my issue resolved. On the flip side when trying to get it taken care of was useless with the agent on the 800 number and they get 0 stars. When I can get rid of ATT I will never use their services again
