        Well I had an appointment with Dr. Casillas at 12 noon on a Monday. I confirmed and only once I had gotten to work found out that I was not able to keep appointment due to staff shortage. I called by 10 and left a message. When the office called back they suddenly had NO appointments until March of 2023??? We can call you if the is a cancellation??? Really, life sometimes changes and plans and people have to adapt. I dont think this is how patients should be treated. I called an got an appointment within a 2 week time frame now its March??? No thank you.
