Coaches were awesome. It was a very supportive and encouraging environment. As this was my first time, they did a really good job keeping an eye on me and making sure that I didn't break myself but still got my best work out in.

I moved to Corpus Christi knowing no one, now I have a whole box family in Corpus. This is not just a gym but a welcoming friendly environment that will help you excel your fitness journey. The coaches will always look out for YOU and what YOU feel comfortable doing. I have been to other CrossFit gyms in bigger cities but this box will always be my favorite. Ervin, Celeste, Bash and Yaz are all you need to succeed. These coaches dedicate themselves wholeheartedly to this gym by continuing they're education and skills inside and outside of the gym. They are a great team and great people who built a great community! Don't say you're scared, contender offers so much all you have to do is ask. Be vocal and they will listen. Go start your journey with Contender, you will not regret it!
