If I could leave 0 Stars, I would, but dont waste your money here. They start off friendly and family oriented but only want your money. They do everything to avoid letting you cancel your membership. I tried canceling in Dec 2023 and left a voicemail and email. They never reached out, I tried again in Feb 2024 and they did it but they continued charging us for the use of the facility after even tho based on their own policy you are still a member during cancelation for up to 30 days. They finally canceled my membership March, 25 2024 and sent a confirmation on March 26, 2024. Yet, I received another charge statement for April 1st, 2024. My wife had to fight and argue with child care because they didn't want to bump up my 1 yr old who was almost 2 to the 2 hr time even tho our child meet all their requirements on several evaluations to promote from 1 hr to 2 hr timeframe, but they always gave us some poor excuse to why she was denied. The gym provides a 2 hr a day child care in the membership, but 2 and under requires a 24 hr notice in advance booking, which is extremely inconvenient for parent schedules. They are suppose to accommodate the customer not to when it benefits the employee. There is also a child capacity limit. Child care excepts you to work on their schedule, not yours, because it inconvenience for them. Men's bathroom/restroom smells horrible. Pool areas get limited due to classes and swim instrustors get all bent out of shape and make you leave. We spoke to several people in person or on the phone and got their names, and asked to speak to a manager, and they gave us the name of someone who no longer works there or doesn't even exist. It took us forever to even be able to talk to Donna, head of memberships, who is extremely unprofessional talking too. She claimed the systems were perfect and never wrong even tho we proved it twice. Employees need training on customer service, policies and actually know who managers are in the facility. The list goes on with issues we have had and seen here. The $120 dollars family monthly fee isn't worth it if I am not being accommodated like their membership and policies are suppose to do.

Nice clean gym. Towel service is great. I just wish it was open 24 hrs 7 days a week. 5 stars if they ever go 24/7

Personal trainer was amazing but he seemed restricted to the expectations of the club. The hours honestly for the price can definitely have an overnight check in crew for 24 hour club. I cancelled only bc not worth the amount paid honestly. Just go to one of the other gyms that dont have 4 tennis courts and 100 other rooms for ball
