Brand new, super nice and affiliated with Bluffs Landing Marina.

We have had a unit here for 10 years. The rate has remained reasonable with only one increase in the 10 years. The staff is friendly and responsive.

Looks abandoned. Renovations are needed. A paved road would be fantastic. Also, lighting for evening and night time.
