Hotel staff were very helpful and kind. Quick check in. Rooms were well kept. Found a dirty sock in the closet from a previous guest and the hot water temperature was very unstable. The temperature would change dramatically while showing.

We decided to head for a weekend stay we are from San Antonio . So when I booked it we were excited on how they made it seem it was going to be a very nice stay . Well when we arrived the hotel looks nice from the outside but as soon as we walked in . Horrible smell like . We didnt think anything of it because we saw staff cleaning so I said well they are cleaning it will be better late . We checked in and the nice lady was super attentive and very kind . Check in process what fantastic. When we got to the room for me it was a 3 out for 4 again I said give them a chance the nice lady did say they are extremely busy and I didnt want to be a bother . I checked the beds and they looked decent but the couch and tables and lamps were nasty I had to clean everything good thing I brought my own cleaning supplies . Then when we showerd lord!!!!! Broken hardware we could not get any more then splats of water from the shower head . I went to the front desk and she said she was sorry but they didnt have maintenance over the weekend. So we delt with it honestly it was as not worth my $250 for the night not at all!!!!!! Breakfast was nice but they could not make up for the horrible smell that lingered in the halls the bar and dining area and our horrible shower that couldnt even work right . Definitely wont stay here again !
