This hotel reminds me of the show "Catfish"! Totally false pictures on the hotel website. No pool, unfriendly front desk staff, rooms don't look anything like the online photos. Mold in the rooms! Smelly lobby, hallways, and the hotel rooms. For the price paid, the hotel should be in better shape! Even the chairs on the balcony were cheap and uncomfortable. 1 positive experience I will share is an employee named Christine was the Best!!! She helped me get a better room. She was friendly and very approachable. I cannot thank her enough for being so awesome. The front desk staff need to take notes from Christine.
But this hotel shouldn't have the Radisson name on it. It's more like a motel or an inn. Bathrooms need ventilation, it's a sauna after you shower. The refrigerator wasn't working properly. The balcony light wasn't working. The A/C unit was loud and made it difficult to sleep. None of the outlets worked properly so it was difficult to charge our electronics. I won't be staying here again. Overpriced and should be a 1 star motel.

It's a place right by the water. That was convenient. The staff was friendly and the restaurant inside the hotel served decent food. They also gave balconies( which I don't think get cleaned).
The reason I give one star is because I was disgusted by the room.
I had to clean the toilet myself because it was dirty. I always take cleaning and disinfecting supplies because I gave a1 year old.
I was placed in a handicapped room so the water in the shower was leaking out to the hallway of our room and I cleaned that up as well.
We didn't have enough towels and there was no toilet paper.
I could've called front desk but we were exhausted and just wanted to sleep.
Which I couldn't really do because I felt like the sheets were dirty and I felt itchy and paranoid.
Please ask for another room if you encounter this problem.
I could've said something but not only did I not want to get anyone in trouble but my toddler was already tired when I found out we had no toilet paper and a really dirty phone (pictured). I didn't not take other pictures because I want thinking of posting anything.
However, I wanted to save anyone reading this from biting your tongue because I'm sure they would take care of you if you speak up.
Hopefully management reads this and can take the necessary precautions to ensure guests are placed in rooms that have been thoroughly cleaned.
I don't even want to think of it anymore.
