Randy Bailey: Allstate Insurance

I had four policies with Randy Bailey Insurance. One of my policies was cancelled because I refused to sigh a non-descriptive waiver which did not include my Policy Number. I called and one of the office staff told me the policy number over the phone. I signed the waiver. The office staff said the policy would be reinstated. Two months have passed....the policy is still cancelled. Of particular interest is that the cancellation letter CONTAINED the policy number and the address of the property. Something is wrong with these people

They have been very helpful and answered all my questions when I first signed up. They helped tremendously when I was purchasing my home and needed to get house insurance, and gave me the best discounts and bundled deals. They even gave my mom a good deal on auto insurance!!
