(Beware of this company), I had them install my cameras at my home, the first time I called them that I had one small problem they couldn't help me they directed me to a number on the box, been trying to contact them for years now, no answer not professional company, every year I call them same thing owner doesn't answer, the phone number that is listed is the owners personal phone. Just needed a little help with small things, and for years I had always told everyone , (So beware)!!!!!!!

I use the reviews of others when making my decision on who to hire for a specific job because I believe reviews say it all. We hired Directek to complete our 8 channel Security Camera Installation and are more than pleased with the whole experience. Not only did they schedule to come out the very next day, but the price was exceptional, their knowledge was second to none, the customer service was just outstanding, they went above and beyond what was expected, and completed the job all in the same day. I am stunned with how well this Installation turned out! Super Professional job! I am definitely recommending Directek to everyone.
