        my home Internet had been losing signal causing me to reset the power at least once a day so I brought into the store and they exchanged the tower no problem got the new tower up and running I'm having good luck so far with t-mobile

        I went to this store, I needed a new screen protector. When I first arrived all the personnel were busy, I wasnt asked what I needed like they did for all the other customers but I knew they were busy. Another employee came and then another became available. I sat there for another 10 minutes after being there for 20 minutes, watching these 3 having personal conversations and not conducing business. I approached them and told them to take me off the list. It was ridiculous. Hopefully I can find a good T-mobile here.

        We went in a few months ago and left under the impression we were getting two phones that would be "free" through monthly promotional credits. They even showed us which phones we could choose from for the promotion. When the credit didn't show up I returned and was told to wait a month or two for the credits to kick in and everything would be credited back. Instead I found out we are being billed monthly (one phone gets a partial credit) for the next two years and they will do nothing to resolve the problem! Total scam.

        Bad customer service. Noone cares when you walked in. Didn't pay attention when customer walked in. Sign in some customers and ignore other ! Worst t mobile store I've ever been to. Would never go back.
