Speedy Cash

I went there to cash a T-Check and when I showed the check to the cashier she was confused. She called her manager on the phone, on FaceTime, and the talked about the check. She came over to me and asked if I bank there before and I said no. She then proceeded to tell me that she couldnt cash the check because I hadnt cashed there before. I asked her, So your not gonna cash this check because I havent cashed a check here before. But if I used yall before then I can cash this this check. She said yes. So no cashed check, no paid mechanic
