First thing me at this location. Took 30 minutes to get our mobile order after check-in. Manager would not do anything to discount or offer for the trouble. Plus, the shakes were partially melted and the requested condiments were not included. She blamed everything on short staffing and Sonic corporate app not working correctly and to go through them for refund, etc. Overall poor experience here and won't come back

Waited in line for 25 minutes with only 2 cars in front, got to the speaker and no one answered, i had to keep saying hello until they answered. Ordered chicken tenders, they told me to park in front of the building, waited another 10 min, got the order and it was cold! The tenders were flat/old and the fries like cardboard. I asked for a refund instead and the manager said let me go get the drink we gave you back so i said okay, waited another 10 minutes until the manager (a women with short hair) said i already gave you the refund, itll be in your card in 30 business days i was like 30 days?! And she said yes maam, have a good day and walked away. Horrible service, not even a receipt of proof of the refund was given so who knows if ill actually receive it.

Place was busy and booming. Had to wait due to long line but great customer service. Very hard working bunch of folks. Their new pretzels are the bomb. So very good along with cherry limeade cream slush is my new fave.

Waited at the drive through 15 min. 3 cars ahead of me drive off from the ordering speaker. The drive through crew was ignoring the speaker. I had to actually drive up to the window and it took me some time but eventually someone came to the window after waving them down. I told them about the cara driving off. I finally ordered and once I got home to eat my oreo sonic blast was not blended at all. It just had a splash of oreo on top and strait ice cream. Horrible place to order and horrible service. I always go to this location and I noticed that service has been going down little by little overtime.
