Employees who have tested postive for covid are not required to show a negative test before returning to work at this location!!!! i could give negative stars i would towards the management. That older lady is the worst. Im pretty sure she has no idea of what professionalism is. This lady is the rudest employee i have eber had an encounter with at the bank. She must not realize that we the customers are the reason she has a job. Fyi do not even try to resolve anything with the so called lady kathy, worst management i have ever experienced. Its no wonder they are always understaffed.

I got there at 4:45 to pay my loan. Their debit card machine was having trouble and instead of trying to help me make my payment which the funds were sufficient, she told me “well it’s 5 and we are now closed” then walked me out….absolutely wild of her!!! This customer service is the kind of stuff that would come out on a Dave Chappel show:/

A $10 fee for anyone who wants to cash a check from their bank who does not have an account with them. I have two separate checks but they want to charge me $10 fee for the transaction each one I’m asking them to do one transaction so they wanna charge me $20 just to checks from their bank. Ridiculous .
