Being a 1st time Homebuyer and hearing about how stressful the homebuying process can be from family and friends I was very fortunate to have Jessica as my loan officer and there were times I let my frustration get the best of me and during the entire loan process Jessica was so professional and if it wasn't for Jessica to assist me on this "Journey of Homebuying" I would have not proceeded any further; If it wasn't for Jessica's professionalism and giving me reassurance and not to mention she would even reach out to me after hours which in my current situation went a long way and myself and my family are very grateful as Jessica helped me through very stressful loan process.
