Right as we were getting ready to start house hunting, with pre-approval (through a different mortgage company), we had a vehicle break down requiring pricey repairs, which ate into our savings. We thought we were gonna be unable to continue with our dream of purchasing a home, when our realtor Donna Voyles, put us into contact with Jonathan Peters. Jonathan was able to find a loan that allowed us to repair our vehicle and move forward with purchasing a home. Jonathan and his team at CMG, were amazing! They helped answer any and all questions we had, and anticipated, and prepared to meet our needs, before we knew we needed them met.
