I can totally understand now why this organization has so many bad reviews. I shouldve taken them more serious before even coming to their property. The property is really nice, location is great. I wish it had a different management. They are by FAR the worst costumer service Ive ever experienced and weve been in different cities around the world. Besides being completely unhelpful and unprofessional, they are VERY RACIST, to say the least. They discriminated me and my husband, and treated us in a very disrespectful demeaning way. The leasing consultant (Rebecca) was extremely unkind and rude. One of her many comments was: I would be more than happy to cancel your application and there are other complexes that accept people LIKE YOU like we are some different kind of people? So, when I came to formally complain about her treatment to the corporate offices, I got more rudeness and disrespect from another lady, with the same speech. And finally the vicepresident apologized and said would take actions. But all I can say is, if they hired someone like this lady Rebeca in the first place, that says a lot of their values, which ironically represent a company founded by an immigrant. However, not only I would not want anything to do with this people, but I would recommend you to be careful with them. If this is the treatment they give to future residents, I can only imagine how much worse it can be for the actual residents. After the awful experience, we still have not received at least our deposit back. Because they had us apply and pay all application fees and deposit, just to reject us, without EVEN checking it, they rejected it from the beginnings. ADDITION (JAN 18/2023): You are WRONG AGAIN. I DO have a social, and my husband DOES have an active visa number. You keep lying to justify your racist beliefs. I am SO NOT sorry I cant leave in a community managed by people like you. We wish you with your racist small mind all the best.

I've had nothing but great experiences at Bandera. My best friends live there so I joined them at some of their community events, and the staff (Rebecca and Tani) and tenants were so welcoming and fun! You can tell the community loves where they live. I'd move in tomorrow if I could - the apartments are beautiful!
