No stars for a incompetent company, who hires airheads , disrespectful people who have no concept of customer service nor american culture. If i'm told you have to come in on a specific date to pay bill, in which i did. Once there fully explained to store rep what my situation is. She looks up my info shows me the screen which says pay in 24days. I repeat what i said to her once i got there. She says no you don't need to pay anything, your good, So first thing in the am i notice is my phone off. Too much going on in the world. Don't need knumbskull taking space in a store who lacks knowledge of their own company policy. Don't waist your time going to the midway location. Ignorant, incompetent, and racist

Indu ,Thank you so very much for having a wonderful sales associate at the cricket location that I am at she's done a wonderful job for me and everybody who is in this building ,she deserves a promotion
