I dont wear a lot of makeup and the brand I needed wasnt available so I asked for a recommendation for a product I never used. I asked for a sample and the employee did not want to provide me with one instead she told me I can buy and and get a full refund.
I do not want to come to the store every time and buy a product does not work for me. I simply want a sample so I can come back and buy the product that works.
