After awful previous dental experiences, I met Dr. Chung. She is so sweet, patient and understanding. She takes the time to explain procedures and makes sure I feel comfortable. Brenda is really good at explaining benefits and very informative. Kenya (sorry if misspelled) Dr. Chungs dental assistant is also very helpful and patient with me. Never had a bad encounter with her or any of the staff. Thank you all for helping us that suffer with dental anxiety.

Went in for cleaning after NOT being at a dentist office in two years. Got full set of x-rays, doctor visit and exam followed by a deep root cleaning. Numbing cream and numbing injections made deep root cleaning as pain free as possible. DrChung did the cleaning herself which is the first time a doctor did the actual cleaning herself instead of a hygienist. DrChung is the best, always asking if I were ok and went into detail about everything. She also answered ALL of my questions.

Nice employees but this business is just out to make money. I keep getting pressure for procedures and treatments that I absolutely dont need (wisdom teeth removal, ivisalign etc) They just called me several times early on a Saturday morning to try and sell me Ivisalign. Its disappointing how Ideal runs their money tactics & annoying with the endless calls. The employees are kind, but Im not returning because of this. I know many other dentists who say theyre just trying to make money off me and I dont need any of their absurd procedures of treatments.
