        They use 'COVID' hours, NOT the ones on their DOOR or their WEBSITE. Been trying to get my dry cleanings for days - they are never open and don't answer the phone. I'm leaving town without the clothes I planned to take. Avoid, avoid, avoid.

        I've had an amazing experience with this dry cleaner. The customer service is amazing, the owner is very friendly and knowledgeable, my clothes always come out looking like new, and they're always ready earlier than expected. Very satisfied.

        McKinney Cleaners is absolutely awesome! Superb customer service and extremely high quality work. We live close by now but moving soon. Because of their high quality work and service, I hope to continue using McKinney Cleaners even when we move though it will be about 30 mins. away.

        After taking my suit to McKinney ave cleaners, I 100% recommend. I've been to countless dry cleaners and I've never really had the result I was looking for. My suits would look faded, or the quality was not up to par. But this place exceeded my expectations. Quick turn around and excellent customer service, they take absolute pride in their work.
