Rinse - Laundry & Dry Cleaning Delivery

An expensive service, but needed for my duvet and super convenient. I typically do not interact with the Rinse Washers face to face as we have designated pick up times and through text, they are always so courteous.

The service is fantastic. Excellent communication, fast from pickup to dropping off, always clean, organized and folded perfectly. I have nothing to suggest that could improve our experience.

I am an older woman. My apt complex shut down the laundry room for my section of apts and I don't have transportation. A laundry service is really hard to afford but it is my only choice for clean clothes. Rinse valets are kind and professional and the service is as reasonably priced as can be. I highly recommend them.

Have only used Rinse twice. Once a few months ago and now this week. I sent out my comforter to be cleaned. Amazing that the bill goes from a respectable $43 to $72 with no notice prior to payment. I will no longer use their service and think future clientele should made aware of your egregious fees! Very greedy to charge a pick up and deliver fee plus a service fee. Even in NYC they never charge a pick up and delivery fee. Only a rush for expedited. Nearly $30 in just fees! Really a shame bc they are organized and well executed business just way too greedy.

Our washer drain line fell victim to the recent Texas arctic blast [which prompted us to search for a laundry service and for a Restoration Company to replace our Wood Flooring after filing an insurance claim]. I remember seeing a commercial a few times for Rinse and was intrigued, so I downloaded the App and got started with my first pick-up order which was scheduled for 2/15/24. The very task of having to do laundry is daunting. When you have access to your own washer and dryer in your own house, it's different, because it is right there, but when you have a water emergency, can no longer do laundry until equipment is restored to its pre-loss condition, and think of all the effort it takes to actually bring a load of dirty clothes to a laundromat where you are uncertain or uncomfortable, it brings me serious anxiety. Thankfully, I reside well within the delivery zone approximately 25 miles North of Dallas, so there's that! I like how the Rinse App explains everything step-by-step and breaks it down by membership type, services offered, and preferences such as detergent/fabric softener. I especially appreciate text updates (a 30-minute window to alert the customer regarding a pick-up or delivery order) and the ability to customize your delivery to work around your schedule. The turn around time was very quick. 24 hours. Overall, I was very impressed and satisfied with how thoroughly clean and fresh the clothes were. I will continue to take advantage of my Wash & Fold Rinse Repeat+ Membership. It is worth every penny (in my opinion).
