Do NOT use this company!!! My wife dropped our clothes. It was our first time there. I asked for my shirts to be laundered, not dry cleaned. They dry cleaned all my shirts and charged me $10.44 for some of my shirts and $18.77 for others and categorized as blouses! We had a total of approximately 25 garments and they charged me $428! When I called the store to complain, they told me to call the main office. We left 3 messages over a week time frame before they called back. When they did, they said that they would give me almost a full refund and to give them a day or so to investigate. We had to call back no less than 5 times only to be told that they would offer me a $100 credit next time. Are you kidding me? I never want to come back to your place. Why would I want a $100 store credit? A bunch of thieves. Service: Dry cleaning

I have Canada Goose thick winter coat that I wanted to dry clean & pack away for winter. I called around several reputable dry cleaners to see if they have experience dealing with Canada Goose coat. Ended up finding this place. They have experiences dry cleaning Canada Goose & had good reviews. Coat came back dry clean nicely. I usually expect paper copy? or something when dropping clothes off but they didn't have that. I received notification when dry cleaning was done though. Likely to use them again after next winter.

I called the store prior to dropping (2) Mens suits and (2) Mens shirts. I was quoted pricing of $17-$18 for suits and $5-7 for shirts. I was charged a total of $82 for the dry cleaning. At the time of pickup, I was told the costs were $17-$18 per piece for the Mens suits I should have been told upfront the costs for dry cleaning 2 piece Mens suits was $34-$36 each! Also, pricing is not posted on website or in store! Very deceptive pricing. I will not use again!! Services: Organic dry cleaning, Eco-friendly cleaning
