Hands down the best customer service that I have received for repair/mechanical work. This team has bent over backwards for me as my storefront dealt with urgent cooling issues at the peak of Texas summer. They are very communicative, patient, and truly go the extra mile. They possess a supreme understanding of HVACs, and within the context of restaurant operations. It is beyond clear that customer service and delight is one of their core values as a company.

Air Heat North Texas replaced my old air conditioner and furnace in early August 2021. They provided prompt and professional service with no sales pressure or gimmicks. Pricing was competitve. The tech arrived on time and was very courteous. He explained everything as he was doing the job. He actually took the top off the outside unit and gave it a thorough cleaning. He explained this should be done by all techs. I explained this was the first time I have had this done. I have used A1 Air in the past and all they want to do is sell you a new unit. Last year in the middle of the pandemic our AC went out in the middle of the summer. It's Texas, right!? The staff was great at helping me come up with an affordable solution and plan. While we worked through that, they came out and installed some window units to help cool enough rooms down that we would be comfortable to stay in the house.
Fast forward one-year. Sometimes things break. A capacitor died on a Friday after 5 PM and I was able to call their team and they quickly had someone come out and fix what we needed. Jeff came out and worked through all the issues, got a temp fix until they got the exact part. Jeff followed up the next day to ensure things were working and then the team came out finished the repairs the next morning. I appreciate that they stayed on it until it was done and done correctly.
