        I broke my charging element today on my phone.UBreakIfix on Lower Greenville Ave was recommended to me from a friend. Andy helped me as soon as I came in.He was able to see the problem and figure out a solution right away. I did wind up having to get a new type of charger, but he told me exactly where to go to get it and even let me keep my phone charging at his store.When I came back to get my phone he refused to let me pay him.This place is awesome and I highly recommend it.

        Got my screen repaired today. Called in the day before to make sure all the paperwork was done. If you have to wait 2 hours to get it done I recommend bringing a tablet to wait in the store or go to the Starbucks next door and fiddle around. I didn't have it. And like most tech junkies I was trying to do something to fill my time. Mike was kind enough to give me a pad and pen. Thanks, Mike! I really appreciate that...whew!

        All Asurion locations will tell you it'll take an hour but it actually takes like three and not being able to fix your phone anywhere else without losing your insurance yet Asurion doesn't have parts for your screen to be replaced at any location within hours and you have to mail your phone in which will take up to two weeks no matter what they tell you on return arrival. If I wasn't under contract I would never use Asurion again, they do great work but it takes three times as long and a lot of the time you pay insurance for nothing because there's always a reason you have to get a refurbished or new phone and just be out that money. Been through this 3 times, family of mine just quit paying for insurance to avoid them. This time it cost me a lot of money instead of a no charge screen fix and since this popped up as recently visited I decided to leave this review to warn others. Some of you will have good experiences but don't count on it if you own any Samsung products.
