Elm Street Garage

Don't park here! My car was stolen and the company does nothing to help and will not give any direct contact names. They advise they do not cover any theft or stolen vehicles. I had to call multiple days in a row to even get a copy of my incident report from the car being stolen. We also saw on video footage the people who stole my car tried to exit the closed gate and shortly after security arrived to help a car ahead of them while they were waiting to exit in the stolen vehicle. This area is not monitored well.

Parked in the garage last night before a show and stay at a nearby hotel. I went to leave this morning, and there were no lanes open to check out of the garage. There were 6 cars driving around the garage trying to figure out how to leave. There were no employees on site, so we were forced to break out of the garage.

I used this lot when attending a comedy show at The Majestic on a Saturday night, its an oddly set up parking garage but it was $5 for about 3 hours. Im also attaching an updated 2024 picture of their pricing
