If youre looking for a realtor, look no further! I couldnt recommend Brandi enough! We had a pretty difficult situation to navigate (needing to find and close on a house in 10 days) and she was more than capable in assisting us in our search and closing on a new home within that timeframe. She is extremely knowledgeable but went out of her way to make sure that we understood every step of the process. She was VERY responsive and answered all of our questions thoroughly. Brandi stressed that it was important for her to provide us with all of the information we needed in order to make a decision that we were comfortable with. She didnt make decisions for us, she educated us and provided guidance so that we could confidently choose for ourselves which is exactly what we wanted. Furthermore, she has a solid network of industry professionals on which she can rely and that definitely helped in our situation as we needed an inspection and valuation very quickly and she was able to make it happen. Everyone we interacted with was very professional and considerate to boot. It was an overall very stressful situation but Brandi helped us through it and was a great resource to us. We are very grateful for her expertise and would definitely work with her again in the future!
