I visited this property and was blown away by the friendly staff, beautiful decor and cleanliness. Everyone I saw greeted me with a smile. I would not hesitate to move a loved one to this community !

Tradition is a very special place not only because the amazing buildings but also because of the atmosphere of peace and harmony. The residents and employees make a great family. I had the opportunity to work with lovely residents, friendly coworkers and excellent managers. Thanks to the managers Denisse, Joel and Brenda for giving the best every day and for your impeccable performance. I really will miss The Tradition Seniors Living.

I've enjoyed my time thus far at The Tradition. Management really cares about their employees and your time is valued. The job environment itself is very welcoming and all staff member are so friendly. The job is very rewarding and you can tell your presence means a lot to not only management, but the residents. I would recommend this job to anyone who is searching for employment with a purpose.

If youre looking for a job, do NOT choose this location. Worst management team Ive ever worked for. Schedules are put out only a week at a time so no two week schedules here, plus when they are posted, it is 1 day before the schedule ends. Example it could be Thursday and you wont know what youre working that next day until the schedule is posted the night before. But be sure they demand 2 weeks to a month notice when you need a requested day off. Set days off are not a thing here. Switching shifts or finding coverage for a shift you cannot make due to emergencies or personal reasonings is looked down upon. Manager labels it as making your own schedule and they cannot have that. So if something comes up yes they will maybe allow a shift change but be sure to know that you will come back to work with a write up waiting for you. A good manager is someone who can lead and teach their employees, you will not find that here. Instead of coaching their employees theyd rather choose discipline every single time. A lot of write ups are labeled as poor job performance which can range from you not polishing every glassware, walking too slow during dinner service, or just whatever they feel like they can pin on you at the time. Mistakes are not just mistakes here, they are fatal to your job. Every one I worked with at the tradition truly fears their employment status every single day. Perfection is expected out of the employees yet management team remains inconsistent, gives out constant changing information, and most of the time they are not even on the same page with each other. One will tell you something then the next moment another manager will say something different. The main team bonding discussions between coworkers are the ones where we are discussing things like being micromanaged and being talked to like a child who hasnt worked a day in their life. Seems to be a new rule or mandatory way to do something every day. My only regret is not cashing out my pto before leaving (they dont pay out pto so you have to use it while you have it and are currently employed there)
