My PA was beyond wonderful. I wish I could remember his name. Took lots of time with me. Answered many questions. Great advice and care. Was NOT impressed with the clerk that greeted me. Obviously she was bored with her job.

Fantastic...the persons that work for City Doc are always above and beyond excellence in service and help with one's medical needs. An excellent place to go for medical emergencies and needs!

Unfortunately, I had a negative experience at CityDoc, and since going the negativity has only continued through billing. Long story short, it has taken months to talk to someone about my bill, more months to pay it, and now I am still receiving invoices with a threatening consequence if not paid by the due date.. but I already paid in full. There is no way to talk to an actual person, I have left multiple voicemails, and when asking when billing would be in office to come discuss in person, I was told they dont come in often and when they do it is erratic. So basically, there is no way to contact a human for help and this is a huge bill for a visit where nothing was accomplished (simply chalked up to covid) and has taken over a year to get completed and is still not complete. This urgent care is not worth the stress after your visit. Go somewhere else. And for the company, please hire more present and efficient people in your billing staff.
