This location is supposed to be open until 9 on Saturday but was closed before 5. The gates were shut and the employees wouldnt even answer the phone. Never coming to this location again.

Worst customer service I been to this store a few times in my life and when I try to ask a question they tend to be sarcastic with the answer theirs two employees that need more training its the big guy with the crazy hair and the other big guy with the short hair both needs work working on human interaction since they want to believe everything a video game although there are good employees in this locations the employees that look like they smell need more training.

This is ridiculous. I was trying to order online for this location and the store hours showed they open at 10:00am. The gamestop website nor the gamestop app allowed me to place a order online. So I call Corporate and they wasn't able to help me. I said maybe because they are close I can't place a pickup order. I waited to 10am and I still couldn't do it. I drove up there and the hours listed is 11am. Now I have to wait a hour to get two games that I saw were available in store at this location. I order it online and I try using Apple Pay. It went through. I assume that I can easily get my things once they open. I get to the door at 11:00 the door is locked. I pull the door and the guy finally unlocked the door. I say to him you all hours shows 10 online corp needs to be made aware of it. He said its google, I said no on the gamestop app it shows 10:00am. He said oh. I told him I was picking up my order, he said when did you place it. I said in the car since you all was not open yet. He said they haven't put it in my system yet. I said I don't understand. He said in order for me to fill your order it has to be in my system. I said that doesn't make sense that its not already there. I'm thinking to myself, If I can order food while I am in the drive thru and get it at the window why does it take long to get my order from a store who has the products that I need. It didnt make sense. I waisted a whole hr already because the app shows they open at 10am. I couldn't leave with my order because of a computer system. I told him, I will call corp. I have called corp.
