        I called on a Wednesday to schedule an air duct cleaning and they put me down for Friday. Then the next day (Thursday) they sent me a text saying Friday no longer worked for them, they need to reschedule for Saturday and that I needed to call them to confirm that the switch is okay. I called them and let them know Saturday is fine. The man said he got it switched and that their arrival window would be between 9am and 1pm but they'll probably arrive at 10am. Saturday can and by 1pm they still had not shown up so I tried calling their office and they didn't answer. Sunday I thought they would give me a call to explain why they never showed up, but no. Apparently they have so much business they don't need anymore. Very unprofessional.
