Since we hired them pure failures. They didn't seal my roof... the good thing is that part of my house was still under construction otherwise we wouldn't have realized it and my house would have been damaged when it rained. Afterwards they didn't put the sweat tube on the outside but inside the drain. But since they didn't put it in properly, the ceiling of my bathroom started leaking and caused damage. In that they did take responsibility. And I send them messages and they don't answer me. They answer me whenever they feel like it. If I had known that they were not professionals I would not have put my ac with them.
