Friendly and prompt service

I havent gotten my blue bin picked up in over a month. When they did pick it up a month ago they dont empty it completely. Really bad service from recycle department.

How is it okay to pick up trash at 3:20 in the morning? People are trying to sleep. The city ordinance says you can’t pick up trash till 5 in the morning.

Even non responsive to commercial interests

Don't use this one it doesn't work, I called the customer service and he said the machines picture taking process is broke. Good thing it didn't take my phone.
