ZERO STARS!! very rude, I call to ask the price for the ironing and the woman who answered me have no manners and the first thing she said is that they don't iron by quantity which is per piece and it is at her discretion that she has to see piece by piece, iSeriously? , they don't have established prices? I don't know what he's doing serving people if he doesn't like it, his frustrations are not the customers' fault.

If I had the option, I would certainly rate this as zero. The behavior displayed was utterly unacceptable.

Worst place to have anything done. Specifically told the girl please tell them to just put a zipper not the whole zipper lining because its a waterproof jacket and what do they go do. They replaced the whole thing without even calling and asking. Messed my whole jacket up.

Very expensive to have a bedspread dry cleaned only to receive it back with much of the stitching ruined & stains visible on it.
