Decent rooms and good service. Only downside to this place is every Friday and Saturday night there are a group of guy's who get super drunk, play loud music, and scream at the top of their lungs in the middle of the hotel. If you get a room facing the center of the pool/general area you will be hearing them a lot and will not be sleeping until they are done.

Rooms: Fue una reunin familiar reservamos como 10 habitaciones y entre 4,y 3 das y NUNCA LAS ASEARON Supuestamente EL ASEO ERA UN DIA SI OTRO NO PERO NO PASABAN A CHECAR SI HABIA PAPEL O DI NECESITABAMOS TOALLAS . ESTOY DE ACUERDO QUE NO CAMBIEN SABANAS PERO DEBERIAN ASEARLAS Y SACAR BASURA NO COBRAN TAN BARATO !! Y EL COVID Food & drinks: Los Desayunos estuvieron muy bien y el personal del comedor muy amables

I was traveling cross country and reserved a room from the highway on my cell phone. I taken to my room, take a shower and try to get some sleep. In the middle of the night the temperature drops and I go turn on the heater and raise the thermostat. It's the loudest heater ever!! It rattled and clanked non-stop. I had to turn the heat as high as it can go then turn it off just so I can get some rest. When it became unbearable, I packed up at 5:00 a.m. before breakfast and told the clerk about the issue. I kindly ask for a refund. The concierge assured me that he would add only a 20% discount. Then he preached the receipt with the full total paid. With no discount. Told me that it will come later. I'm still waiting. Would never recommend any Best Western to anyone. Rooms: THE WORST
