The staff was kind and helpful. The hotel and room were very clean Rooms: The room was clean and well kept. Safety: Felt very safe, every thing is well lit.

Very disappointed with this hotel. $184 per night and you are not allowed to adjust the A/C and the TV was broken. The room temperature was 72 degrees and the thermostat said battery low. I talked to the front desk and they told me "our room temperatures are controlled by a third party and they are set at 70 degrees. You cannot set it cooler." soo, you are telling me I have to sleep in a room set at 70 remotely, but won't cool leas than 72? Response: we have box fans you can come get from the front desk. .... uh, this is a pricier hotel and you don't allow a/c below 72. I didnt even bother attempting to address the TV that had no sound and certainly their response would have been as closed captioning is for come on cheapskate owners. do better
