Great location and is the only hotel in the area able to accommodate an 18 wheeler. Otherwise, go elsewhere. Staff is friendly and service is ok. I am in El Paso on a semi regular basis and stay here bc of the truck parking. This time, i found 2 roaches in the bathroom, an access plate on the wall was loose, and no toiletries provided. Breakfast was a joke. Waffle or fruit loops. No beverages other than coffee. Go to La Malinche next door for tacos, or McDonald's across the highway for breakfast.

The floor had scratch marks and hair on it and the shower looked like it hadn't been cleaned The walls were pretty flaky too. Bathroom felt kind of sketchy and the breakfast only had waffles, cereal, and fruit and all the juice/water was out. A lot of other reviews say they have a variety of breakfast foods but there was only frosted flakes and a rip-off Froot Loops in a bag on the side. Even though we were there pretty early, the juice was less than half full. There was empty containers where I assume the sausage, toast, or eggs were supposed to be. There was barely any fruit out. The butter was also just in a huge scoop on an open bowl on the counter. But they had Texas waffles

This place is disgusting. The room we rented had a balcony covered in bird Feces as well as the room air-conditioning from the outside their was also a pidgen nest they would not shut up. Their was no hot water, which I don't understand. The tub was stained black. To top it off we were walking by one of the rooms being cleaned and the housekeeper was snorting either coke or meth I would never return to this nasty a$$ place.
