Hyundai Of El Paso

Terrible Service and customer service. My granddaughter took car in to get diagnostic for her air conditioner. Since there were 4 recalls they were going to take care of them. She drove her car with no issues only for air conditioner. When she picked up the car next day she started having problems with the brakes. She called and was told they did not cause the issue. Took the car in was told needed to pay for diagnostics for brakes which she did not have problems with until they did the recall. Now they wont fix the problem they created. Shes a college student and they are taking advantage of her. Be careful with this place on any recalls or service. Very disappointed and dissatisfied with them.

Worst service advisors Ive ever dealt with! I love the car but when I used to drive a ford the service people at ford were 5/5 compared to Hyundais service advisors.

People citizens of EL Paso, Texas & surrounding cites do not purchased any vehicles new or used from this dealership because the service maintenance with do bad job on your vehicle. The service advisors/Oil techs/Certified mechanics will damage your need vehicle you bought from them. I would recommend to go-to Las Cruces, New Mexico to buy and service your new or used Hyundai because they will do a better job and treat you better with respect for you choosing to buy your vehicles at their dealership. Stay away from the only Hyundai dealership in EL Paso, Texas it must be the worst dealership in the US
