        Terrible!! .. these employees will make you wait almost A WHOLE HOUR in line, for a bag of styrofoam packing peanuts !!!!! NO PROFESSIONALISM, NO COMMON COURTESY, NO MANNERS, WHATSOEVER !!! ... Drive on, if you truly value your experience !! TERRIBLE !!!!

        The truck I was given is an embarrassment to such a big and rich company! Brakes were squeaky, manual brake hard to disengage and the truck was so out of alignment, we bounced all over the freeway ! To ad insult to injury , they turn the truck over to me with a 1/4 tank of gas??? The charge like a Cadillac but provide vehicles from the salvage yard ! Unacceptable

        My truck leaked and my mattress became wet. Very expensive lesson learned on this move. Uhauls trucks may leakthats not cool. I had the protective cover that comes with the mattress plus I had a second cover over it as well. It still became wet. The leak was extensive. I had boxes that became wet as well.
