        Everytime I come they ALWAYS, and I mean EVERY SINGLE time give me some kind of problem. It could be the simplest task and they are gonna somehow find a way to complicate it for you. Another UPS store is close, please go to that one or the one in Coppell. I hope this one closes down.

        Shipped a package to my daughter. Instead of dropping it off at her apartment door like every other delivery company, they left it at a hub for her to pick up. They did not notify either one of us via email, phone call or text (both of our phone numbers were associated with the package info). Then, again with no notifications, they sent the package back to the UPS store here, and then had then the store had the audacity to charge me for shipping it back. The kicker? The item was one of those push scooters you use when you break your foot. The item was shipped to her home so that she wouldn't have to hobble anywhere to pick it up or try to drag it to the car while on crutches. The item wasn't cheap and the shipping cost was atrocious. This store made money off shipping and then got to keep my item. Being a UPS employee myself (actual employee, not working for a franchise like a UPS store), I was absolutely appalled at the lack of customer service provided by this location, as well as the lack of communication about the shipment from UPS. It is really sad that an employee of UPS can't even trust their own employer to properly ship something. This experience has made me more than happy to go sit in line at the post office in order to ship absolutely anything.
