        Arguably the worst customer service I have experienced. This company lack business ethics and has poor communication skills. I was promised my windows will be ready within two weeks and they were two weeks late. In addition to that, they tried charging me more for their mistakes. Owner lies to customers and has very poor communication skills.

        We were referred to Kingsley Roofing by our contractor. We received the incorrect window due to miscommunication . However Maria, was extremely helpful she had some one pick up the old window and she reordered the correct window and had it redelivered to us. I am extremely satisfied with the service received and will DEFINITELY be using their services on our other Buy & Holds. Thank you all for being so professional!!
