Well, if want to feel like youve crossed the border into Mexico then this is your place. Mexican music blasting on the inside and outside of the building, and Im not sure any of the workers (I only saw 2 working the counter) speak English. Wanted to set up an account to start buying windows here. Not anymore. Walked around the show room and not 1 person spoke. Probably would take all day to place an order, so maybe it was for the best

I would give negative stars if possible!!!! This was warranty door work and the part had to be sent to them instead of directly to me. Not only do they ghost you when you try to reach them, it is impossible to get the phone or to get questions answered. When I finally reached someone regarding the package he told me it had been sitting there for several days but Fed Ex had not picked it up. I asked if he had called them to schedule a pick up and he told me well, if they dont come in a few days well call them. I proceeded to get the tracking number and had to call Fed Ex myself to get the package delivered.
Now the package arrived and when our locksmith came to install the lock and handle the box with the handle was EMPTY!! Our lock is stripped and we are unable to lock our front door. Customer service and the manager were unavailable and no one ever returned our call.
My husband is in the commercial construction business and we are going to make sure our story is heard by every contractor we know. We are also determined to make sure ProVia and Simonton are aware of your abhorrent service and we hope they cease doing business with you. Who ships an empty box??
