Took my car here a couple of time bc they are an authorized Carmax warranty place. The first couple of times I had issues they fell under warranty so the price was fine. However I got in wreck and had to come out of pocket for about 2K repairs, which wasnt AnAs fault so I just paid them. Fast forward 2 months after replacing my radiator, my car starts to over heat. I take it to them and pay $200 for them to tell me that is the water pump and all of its hoses and its gonna cost me also almost 2K to replace. I couldnt not afford that after just having come out of pocket for a boat load of repairs 2 months prior so I got a tow home. I went to get a 2nd estimate at another place and they only charged me 149 to fix a engine fan for me. They tested my water pump and it said it was good. My car is running just fine. Thought this place was reputable and honest but they almost made me waste thousands of dollars for phony repairs. Go here at your own risk, customer loyalty is definitely not a factor in being treated fairly here, in my opinion and experience.

AnA diagnosed the issue to be a radiator cap that wasnt sealing. They fixed it for less than the diagnostic fee. Thanks AnA!
