Good place to stay. Especially convenient to IAH before a flight.

Clean hotel, but I hate the country barn sliding door. No privacy just not located near anything fun. If it's your first time visiting Houston, I recommend staying in the Sugarland area. It was located in prime location for airport and near a jack in the box.

Only spent 1 night, but it was pleasant, peaceful, and the room felt clean and fresh.. Very welcoming. Breakfast was good as well. No complaints.. I'd stay again without considering... A+

Excellent service, the hotel workers are very friendly and the rooms are very clean. I am dying to return with my family. Remember that in hotels there is etiquette such as using towels correctly; Use the DND during your stay so that employees know that the room is occupied and announce your check out. Leave the room before check-out time or inform the reception in a timely manner about your late check-out and avoid the extra room charge. Please return keys when checking out. When you're in a hurry and you're busy with your receipt and you can't wait, don't worry. There's no need to do that these days!!! You will receive a receipt by email and by simply leaving your key in the room or at the Front Desk. Avoid unnecessary problems; schedule your room cleaning in the morning for your Stayover (They give you options ahem: HSK Opt In 1 Monday), I forgot my Makeup Wipes and Kleenex, I asked for extra to remove my makeup. In other hotels there is a surcharge for towels stained with makeup or improper use. Credits to Jeremy B.
