I got a suit and wedding dress cleaned. I paid $324 and change. I was not expecting it to be that high.

Three or so visits. Last time two shirts were missing. They were returned but had cuts in sleeves.

Very poor customer service. They are just plain rude here. When I ask why my clothes are taking a day longer than promised I get it is what it is.
