        Very sad. This store used to be owned by wonderful people. Now, the manager is nice but the short dumpy male employee with glasses is the rudest most horrible person I have every met. Absolutely vile and disgusting. I hope he wont be there much longer but the other staff are very nice.

        Jordan is a 5 star!! He is so professional and helpful! He answered all of our many questions, helped us understand the process to get 3 extremely large packages mailed. He is very knowledgeable of EVERYTHING UPS!! Thank you for hiring such a competent and pleasant employee! From the staff and Bears at Jellystone Park.

        owner is rude!!! I asked a simple question about them wrongly shipping my package to Dallas instead of California, any business owner would be concerned especially since it's a paying customers package! Instead of being nice and helping figure things out, she came off as bitter and veryyy rude. I definitely will not be coming back to this location! Boerne location will be the only location I give my money to. The only reason they are even getting 1 star is because google requires it ,if not they wouldn't even get 1 star.
