I called late in the afternoon and James came the next day. He took the time to explain all of our options. He is friendly and professional. Our unit was old so we had it replaced with a heat pump. When James was aware that my 88 year old mother lives there, he made sure to get it installed the next day. I recommend this company.

Fast service, they were here a few hours after I called. The technician was kind and patient. A/C problem was more difficult than first expected and was given a great price that made me feel like an appreciated new customer. Will certainly use them again when needed.

Incredibly kind, patient, and professional. Came out on a very cold day to replace our system that was incredibly inefficient. They responded to any questions I had and worked diligently until the system was working perfectly. Over night our electricity usage dropped to a third of what it was. Super knowledgeable. Highly recommended

Integrity services of Texas has just that- integrity. James was phenomenal in professionalism, honesty, and effectiveness from the moment we called. He worked diligently to get us the best price and we felt well taken care of. When the team arrived, they were the picture of politeness! So quiet in the house- no music playing or anything- and were very courteous. They worked hard and when they were done they walked us through everything they did and gave us tips on how to upkeep the system. No mess left behind either, they truly left the place better than they found it! Overall, we will recommend Integrity to everyone. If you have been thinking about using them for your HVAC needs- dont hesitate! Excellent 5 star service! Before and after photos included- what a difference!
